Tribolube F-221 perfluoro polyether oil is high performance oil designed for applications in harsh environments where non-reactivity with strong oxidizers, insolubility in solvents, radiation resistance, or high and low temperature performance is required. Tribolube F-221 oil has an excellent viscosity index and low temperature properties.

Tribolube-53 is a wide temperature range grease especially useful in systems where non-reactivity with chemicals, strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, and solvents is required. Although this lubricant is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the greases under certain conditions. Tribolube-53 is available with MoS₂ using the designation of MS, or rust inhibitors using the following designation, RPA, RPB, RPC. Consult with an ALI lubrication specialist for the correct rust inhibitor for your application.

Tribolube-57 is a wide temperature range grease especially useful in vacuum and other systems where non-reactivity with chemicals, strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, and solvents is required. Although this lubricant is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the greases under certain conditions. Tribolube-57 is available with an extreme pressure additives designated by the letters MS as well as three different corrosion inhibitors designated by the letters RPA, RPB, & RPC. Please consult with an ALI lubrication engineer to select the correct one for your application.

TRIBOLUBE™ AirGuard is a light viscosity, corrosion and oxidation resistant, wide temperature range -80 ºF to +400 ºF, synthetic lubricant. Highly resistant to water washout, emulsification and is clear, odorless and tasteless. Its unique properties make it an ideal lubricant in applications where water vapor is present and emulsification of the lubricant is not acceptable, such as compressed air systems comprised of numerous air actuators, valves and air tools. Failure of ancillary equipment in compressed air systems, air cylinders and actuators, can be attributed to lack of lubrication, improper lubricant or build-up of gum deposits. Addition of TRIBOLUBE™ AirGuard into the air systems aids in dissolving gum build-up and coats the system internally, preventing re-formation of the deposits.

Tribolube-66 is intended for use in mild to high pressure systems where nonreactive with LOX and GOX is required, strong acids, oxidizers, fuels, and solvents is required. Is qualified to MIL-PRF-27617, Type 1.
