Conforming to MIL-PRF-83261 requirements, the outstanding qualities of Tribolube-2N is its wide operating temperature range, extreme pressure and antiwear characteristics, non-migratory nature, low foreign and/or opaque particle content, high resistance to microwave energy, and its compatibility with plastic and elastomeric seals. Shelf life exceeds 10 years.
Tribolube-2NMS maintains the same physical properties as Tribolube-2N but is specially formulated with MoS2 to enhance its already excellent extreme pressure and antiwear properties.

Tribolube-18 was designed for heavily loaded sliding and rolling applications. As a result, the steel-on-steel wear test data is reported with a 75 kg load rather than the standard 40 kg load. One customer who has now converted his entire plant to Tribolube-18 reported a reduction of electric power consumption by 12% and the operating temperature by 20 ºF when it was introduced to a high speed can decorating machine. Much lower parts wear rates were observed with corresponding less machine down time.

Tribolube-25 is a wide temperature range antirust grease especially useful in vacuum and other systems where non-reactivity with chemicals, strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, and solvents is required. Although this lubricant is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the greases under certain conditions.

Tribolube-54 is a wide temperature range grease especially useful in vacuum and other systems where non-reactivity with chemicals, strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, and solvents is required. Although this lubricant is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the greases under certain conditions. Tribolube-54 is available with MoS2 using the designation of MS, or rust inhibitors using the following designation, RPA, RPB, RPC. Consult with an ALI lubrication specialist for the correct rust inhibitor for your application.

Tribolube-65 primary characteristics are that it does not utilizes PTFE or FEP as the thickening agent. Tribolube-65 has a very wide temperature range (-100 ºF to 550 ºF), is nonreactive with strong acids and oxygen. This grease is not recommended for applications in contact with fuels or solvents without testing to confirm compatibility. Although this lubricant is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the greases under certain conditions. Tribolube-65 is available with three different corrosion inhibitors designated by the letters RPA, RPB, and RPC. Please consult with an ALI lubrication engineer to select the correct one for your application.

TRIBOLUBE™ AirGuard is a light viscosity, corrosion and oxidation resistant, wide temperature range -80 ºF to +400 ºF, synthetic lubricant. Highly resistant to water washout, emulsification and is clear, odorless and tasteless. Its unique properties make it an ideal lubricant in applications where water vapor is present and emulsification of the lubricant is not acceptable, such as compressed air systems comprised of numerous air actuators, valves and air tools. Failure of ancillary equipment in compressed air systems, air cylinders and actuators, can be attributed to lack of lubrication, improper lubricant or build-up of gum deposits. Addition of TRIBOLUBE™ AirGuard into the air systems aids in dissolving gum build-up and coats the system internally, preventing re-formation of the deposits.
