Characteristics

Tribolube-23 is a synthetic grease intended for use at very low temperatures, and was designed to conform to the performance requirements of MIL-PRF-23827, Type II. It is suitable for rolling and sliding surfaces of equipment having low motivating power (low torque). Its low volatility is advantageous in preventing oil fogging in optical instruments. Do not mix Type I and Type II material together.

Applications

Useful in ball, roller, needle, and plain spherical bearings, gears, and on sliding and rolling surfaces in such equipment as: instruments, cameras, electronic gear, and aircraft control systems. It is also intended for use on actuator screws and other equipment requiring a lubricant with high load carrying capacity over a wide temperature range.

Characteristics

Tribolube-31 is a wide temperature range, extreme pressure, anti-wear, low water washout, multipurpose synthetic grease.

Applications

This grease is especially suitable for very heavily loaded sliding and rolling motions such as those found in roller chain applications. Its good elastomeric compatibility makes it especially suitable for use in O-ring sealed roller chains. It is also intended for use in ball, roller, and plain spherical bearings. The low water washout makes it an ideal lubricant for aircraft and trailer wheel bearings.

Characteristics

Tribolube-32 is a lithium-thickened ester-based grease with excellent lubricity and extreme temperature properties. It is inert in the presence of most rubber, plastic and elastomer compounds.

Applications

This product was designed as a lubricant for electromechanical applications. It excels in automotive applications ranging from electrical contact switches to mild damping applications. Typical applications include fan operation, lighting switches, windshield wiper mechanisms, turn signals, mirror actuators, and brake lights.

Characteristics

Tribolube-41DE is a wide temperature range grease specifically engineered for high voltage applications such as spark plug boots to allow for easier removal after use. Tribolube-41DE is based on a high viscosity silicone fluid gelled with polytetrafluoroethylene.

Applications

This grease is also suitable for applications including small and large diameter ball, roller, needle, and plain bearings, electrical contacts, threads, valves, gears, contacts, splines, ball screws, and screw actuators. It is compatible with most elastomers and plastic seals, gaskets and O-rings.

Characteristics

Tribolube-84 is an excellent grease with a wide temperature range, high temperature capability, and extremely good lubrication properties at very high loads. It has an operating temperature range -30 ºC to 200 ºC.

Applications

This grease was especially designed for heavily loaded sliding applications, have high resistance to water washout, long life at high or moderately low temperatures.

Characteristics

Tribolith-34033 is a lithium-soap- thickened synthetic grease. It is effective over a broad temperature range (-40 ºC to 210 ºC). Tribolith-34033 exhibits excellent extreme pressure and anti-corrosion properties for excellent service life.

Applications

Tribolith-34033 was developed for brake caliper pins and metal-tometal contacts. It is compatible with EPDM rubber and various other plastics. This product has anti-corrosion, anti-wear, and anti-oxidant additives and good damping properties.
