Tribolube-21 is the first U.S.D.A. H-1 true high performance, wide operating temperature range synthetic grease lubricant for use in Federally inspected meat and poultry plants. This U.S.D.A. H-1 grease will give long service life in a 10,000 rpm bearing at 350 ºF. NSF Registration No. 126603.

Applications

Tribolube-21 is recommended for use in gearboxes operating in extremely cold and hot temperatures. It is also an excellent lubricant for ball, roller, and plain spherical bearings in industrial and commercial food processing equipment.

Tribolube-21HT is the first H-1 true high performance, high temperature synthetic grease lubricant for use in Federally inspected meat and poultry plants. This H-1 grease will operate at temperatures as high as 450 ºF for long periods of time with short excursions to 550 ºF. NSF Registration No. 138881.

Applications

Tribolube-21HT is recommended for use in systems in baking operations, autoclaves, or extremely hot environments. It is also an excellent lubricant for ball, roller, and plain spherical bearings in industrial and commercial food processing equipment.

Tribolube-21LT is the first H-1 true high performance, low temperature synthetic grease lubricant for use in Federally inspected meat and poultry plants. This H-1 grease will operate at temperatures as low as -110ºF NSF Registration No. 138880.

Applications

Tribolube-21LT is recommended for use in systems in flash food freezing operations, dry ice, or extremely cold environments. It is also an excellent lubricant for ball, roller, and plain spherical bearings in industrial and commercial food processing equipment.

TriboGel H1 Assembly and lubricating Gel is a synthetic grease developed with advanced aerospace technology it is clear, Tasteless and Odorless. Formulated for extended lubrication intervals, its high load bearing capabilities extends bearing, slide and seal life eliminating frequent equipment maintenance. It has a temperature range of -20º F to +350º F, making it the most advanced clear gel lubricant superior to any USP Mineral Oil lubricant on the market today. Resistant to water washout, commercial detergents, CIP & COP solutions will remove it for a clean and sanitary surface. Will not dry out, gum on equipment, separate or bleed. Tribolube F-189 is a synthetic lubricating oil exhibiting excellent low volatility, wear and pour point, high flash and fire points, excellent thermal and oxidation stability. Tribolube F-189 is USDA H-1 approved for incidental food contact and is listed in the NSF White Book, registration no. 132422. Tribolube F-189 is compatible with most elastomeric seal materials.

Tribolube AntiSeize is a premium synthetic antiseize lubricant, formulated for stainless steel applications to prevent galling. Metal free, off white in color, odorless, with a temperature range of -65 ºF to +500 ºF. NSF Registration #138992, for use in all federally inspected meat, poultry, dairy and food processing plants.

PRO H1 Spray Lubricant™ is a Patented, (US Patent #5614478), aerosolized synthetic grease developed with advanced aerospace technology. Its unique, "Stay Where You Spray It", ability and trigger top dispenser makes it ideal for hard to get to applications. Light tan in color, Tasteless and Odorless, temperature range of -80º F to +400º F. Resistant to water washout, contains anti-rust compounds. Will not dry out, gum on equipment, separate or bleed. Contains less than 30% VOC's, no CFC / HCFC compounds, no harmful solvents, complies with Section 94509 (a) (e) California Air Resources Board Regulations.
